高职呼叫中心专业人才培养探索——以上饶职业技术学院为例

摘要 呼叫中心产业快速发展且逐渐向中西部城市转移,这给地方高职发展呼叫中心专业带来了重大机遇。上饶职业技术学院呼叫中心专业在人才培养目标、培养规格和课程体系等方面进行积极探索,提出了专业发展的具体策略,如:实施"订单式"人才培养模式,采用"训导师制"模式进行学生管理,培养双师型教师队伍,加大实训基地建设和做好学生的职业规划等。 The call center industry develops rapidly and the industry gradually transfers to the midwestern cities, which brings great strategic opportunities to the professional development call center. The call center major of Shangrao Vocational and Technical College actively explores the training objectives, training specifications and curriculum system, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures on the development of professional, such as the implementation of “ordering” personnel training mode, the adoption of “training tutorial system” model to improve the students management, the cultivation of double teachers, the increase of the construction of training bases and the preparation of students career plans.
