自然保护区与周边社区关系的探讨——以广东珠海淇澳—担杆岛省级自然保护区为例

Discussion on the Relationship Between Nature Reserves and Surrounding Communities——A Case Study of Qi'ao-Dangan Island Provincial Nature Reserve in Guang Dong Province

自然保护区与社区之间存在着保护与发展的矛盾。文章基于广东珠海淇澳—担杆岛省级自然保护区与周边社区的矛盾及保护区周边社区发展情况的调研数据,指出保护区保护工作与社区建设之间的矛盾,从而探讨保护区与社区协调发展的途径与方法,包括加强宣传教育、建立共管委员会、完善生态补偿机制、发展替代经济。

Between nature reserve and local communities there exists the contradiction between protection and development. Based on the survey of the contradiction between Qi＇ ao-Dangan Island Provincial Nature Reserve and the surrounding communities and the development situation of these communities, the paper pointed out the contradiction between the conservation work and the community construction, and explored the ways of the harmonious development of the reserve and the communities, including strengthening the publicity, establishing a joint management committee, improving the ecological compensation mechanism and developing alternative economy.
