双向缓冲缸对锻造操作机行走机构特性影响的分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用AMESim系统仿真软件对锻造操作机双向缓液压油缸的内部结构进行建模与仿真分析,研究双向缓冲液压缸对锻造操作机大车行走机构的影响,分析双向缓冲液压缸的动态特性与工作原理。通过对锻造操作机大车行走机构启动和停止动作过程的液压系统进行仿真分析研究,揭示出液压缓冲缸双侧活塞的位移变化减小了控制大车行走换向阀的冲击,使得行走马达转速和转矩变化平缓,增加了锻造操作机的平稳性。采用贺德克测量仪测量行走换向阀口压力,验证仿真结果的准确性。 The internal structure of the bidirectional slow hydraulic cylinder of the forging manipulator has been modeled and simulated by AMESim system simulation software. The influence of the bidirectional buffer hydraulic cylinder on the moving mechanism of the forging manipulator has been studied. The dynam-ic characteristics and the working principle of the bidirectional buffer hydraulic cylinder have been analyzed.Through the simulation analysis study on the hydraulic system of the starting and stopping action of moving mechanism for the forging manipulator, it is revealed that the displacement change of the double-side piston of the hydraulic buffer cylinder has reduced the impact of controlling the reversing valve for moving mecha-nism, so that the running motor speed and the torque could change gently. The smoothness of the forging manipulator has been increased. The Hedeke gauge has been used to measure the pressure of the moving reversing valve port to verify the accuracy of the simulation results.
