一种新型多通道分流转阀设计

摘要 设计了一种新型多通道分流转阀。该转阀用于解决多种液体或试剂的分流和通道切换问题,实现了液体的多通道选择进入、1通道流出的功能。阀芯采用平面配合密封设计,有效解决了通道切换过程中的液体泄漏问题。切换通道前利用位移传感器首先复位的控制原理,有效消除了切换过程中产生的累计误差,实现了精确定位。 A new type of multi-port split-flow rotary valve has been designed in the text. This valve has been used for solving the problem of shunting and channel switching of a plurality of liquids or reagents,which realizes the function of multi-channel selection and liquid flow out of one channel. The core of the valve adopts a flat fit seal design, which effectively solves the problem of liquid leakage during channel switching. The control principle of using the displacement sensor to reset firstly before switching the channel effectively can eliminate the accumulated error generated during the switching process and achieve accurate positioning.
