摘要
洗衣机外壳箱体的冲压生产将逐步由手工送料向六轴工业机器人方向发展。应用三菱Q00UJCPU控制器、远程I/O、安川六轴工业机器人进行了单机联线柔性机器人生产线的开发。分析了整条机器人联线的系统组成及对控制系统的要求,确定了控制系统的结构方案,并实现了对整条自动化的稳定控制。
According to the needs of market customers, the manual feeding of the stamping production of the case shell for the washing machine will be gradually replaced by the six-axis industrial robot. The development of a single-machine in-line flexible robot production line has been carried out by use of Mitsubishi Q00 UJCPU controller, remote IO, and YASKAWA six-axis industrial robot. The system composition of the entire robot in-line and the requirements of the control system have been analyzed. The structural scheme of the control system has been determined and the stable control of the whole automation has been realized.
