摘要
在电火花加工中,对于硬质合金小直径深孔加工方法和性能进行了分析。电火花穿孔加工方法可用管子电极的加工方法,也可用成形电极的加工方法,当加工深度浅的孔时,应采用成形电极的加工方法。通过对微细电极的成形分析可知,电极直径越小L/d的比值就越小。通过对微孔加工特性分析可知,微孔在加工中与机床、电源装置有较大差异,还与电极和工件材质等因素有关。通过对微孔加工速度特性分析可知,微孔加工中应使电极面积尽量获得泵唧效应。
In EDM, the machining method and performance of small diameter deep hole of cemented carbides have been analyzed. The EDM piercing processing methods can use pipe electrode processing method or forming electrode processing method. When processing the hole in shallow depth, the forming electrode processing method should be adopted. It can be seen from the analysis of forming process for micro-electrode that the smaller the electrode diameter, the smaller the ratio of L/d. Through the analysis of the micropore processing characteristics, it is known that the micropores are greatly different from the machine tool and the power supply device during processing, and are also related to factors such as the electrode and the workpiece material. According to the analysis of the micropore processing speed characteristics, the pump area effect should be obtained as much as possible in the micropore processing.
