大学生创业意向现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on current situation and influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial intention

(1)目的探讨大学生创业意向现状及影响因素。(2)方法采用一般资料问卷、成人内-外控制量表、大学生创业态度量表和大学生创业意向量表对唐山某大学400名学生进行调查,回收有效问卷352份。(3)结果大学生总体创业意向水平为中等,占总人数62.85%。大学生创业意向在不同性别、年级、是否有创业经历、家人是否有从商经历、接受创业教育情况等方面差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。多元线性回归分析表明性别、创业经历、创业教育、内-外控、自主性、成就动机、追求变化和创业回报均能显著预测大学生创业意向(△R^2=0.47)。(4)结论影响大学生创业意向的因素较多,应针对大学生创业意向从多个方面采取恰当的干预方式,提高大学生的创业成功率。

Objective To explore the entrepreneurial intention and influencing factors of college students. Methods A total of 400 students were investigated by adult locus of control scale,college students＇ entrepreneurial intention scale,entrepreneurial attitude questionnaire.352 valid questionanes were collected. Results The college students＇ entrepreneurial intention was medium level（62.85%）.College Students＇ entrepreneurial intention were different among gender,grade,entrepreneurial experience,family business experience,and entrepreneurship education（ P 〈 0.05 ）.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,entrepreneurial experience, entrepreneurship education,internal and external locus of control,autonomy,achievement motivation,pursuit of change and entrepreneurial return could significantly predict college students＇ entrepreneurial intention（△R 2= 0.47 ）. Conclusion There are many factors influence college students＇ entrepreneurial intention.We should take appropriate intervention methods from multiple aspects to improve the entrepreneurial success rate of college students.
