摘要
以阜新地区主3个传统主栽大扁杏品种龙王帽、一窝蜂、白玉扁和4个后期引入优系品种超仁、国仁、丰仁和优仁的一年生枝条为研究对象,从形态学和生理学两个层面对低温胁迫条件下各品种抗寒相关生理指标、7个供试大扁杏品种的抗寒性进行了分析和比较。结果表明:从生理生化水平上,后引入优系品种的抗寒能力明显高于传统栽培品种,具体抗寒能力从强到弱依次为超仁、丰仁、国仁、优仁、一窝蜂、龙王帽和白玉扁。
In this study, 3 traditional main cultivars of apricot varieties Longwangmao, Yiwofeng, Baiyubian and 4 late introduction of superior varieties Chaoren, Guoren, Fengren and Youren in Fuxin area, were used to analyze related physiological index under the condition of low temperature stress from the two morphological and physiologicalaspects. The cold resistance of seven tested large apricot varieties was analyzed and compared. The result showed that from physiological and biochemical level, the introduction of superior varieties was significantly higher than that of conventional cultivar specific cold resistance in cold resistancefollowed by Chaoren, Fengren, Guoren, Youren, Yi- wofeng, Longwangmao and Baiyubian, respectively.
