摘要 指出了建设世界科技创新强国是国家重要战略,科技创新的关键是人才,而当前我国科技人力资源与发达国家比还有不少差距。分析了我国世界级科技人才较少的原因,从中得出如下结论:青少年儿童科技教育变革的重点是普及科技原理演示与体验教学;途径是加快基础教育课程设置与评价机制等配套改革,普及科技体验馆建设,加快科技原理演示与体验器材研究、开发等。 Building a world power in scientific and technological innovation is an important national strategy. The key of scientific and technological innovation is talents, but there are still many gaps between China's scientific and techno- logical human resources and developed countries. This paper analyzes the reasons why there are fewer world--class scientific and technological talents in China. It draws the following conclusions: the key point of scientific and techno logical education reform for teenagers and children is to popularizedemonstration and experience teaching of scientific and technological principles. The way is to speed up the reform of basic education curriculum and evaluation mechanism; popularize the construction of science and technology experience pavilion; accelerate the research and develop- ment of the equipment of demonstration and experience of scientific and technological principles.
