心身医学诊断用半结构式问诊修订版及其临床应用

The introduction of the diagnostic criteria for psychosomatic research-revised semi-structured interview

和生物医学变量不同,心理社会变量的评估诊断方法一直没有可操作的标准或手段。20多年前一个国际心身医学研究小组研发了心身研究的诊断标准(DCPR),10多年前发表了规范化的结构式问诊工具。最近,研究小组对DCPR进行了修订,与新修订的DCPR相匹配,研究团队也对10多年前的结构式问诊工具进行了修改,形成了最新的半结构式问诊工具DCPR-R-SSI。笔者主要介绍该工具及其应用。

Unlike the biomedical variables,there are no standards or means to evaluate the psychosocial variables. More than 20 years ago,an international research team developed the diagnostic criteria for psychosomatic research（ DCPR）,and more than 10 years ago,a standardized structured interview tool was published. Recently the DCPR was revised by the research team,to be matched,they revised the structured interview tool into a new semi-structured interview tool which called DCPR-R-SSI. The semi-structured interview tool and its application will be introduced in this article.
