Practice and Experience of Management Tools in Hospital Promotion and Application

运用质量管理工具能够有效提升医院精细化管理水平。目前,医院运用质量管理工具还存在应用意识淡薄,学习培训不到位,缺少数据支撑,缺乏有效考核机制等问题。对此,从借力评审评价,强化学习培训,坚持问题导向,加强信息化建设,落实考核等方面总结了推进管理工具的做法。并提出:质量管理工具的应用要强调问题导向、结果导向与考核评价。

The use of management tools can effectively improve the level of refined management in hospital. However, at present, hospital management tools still have problems such as weak application awareness, inadequate learning and training, lack of data support, and lack of effective evaluation mechanism. In this regard, measures on promotion the application of the management tools were summarized from the aspects of evaluation, reinforcement of learning and training, adherence to problem orientation, strengthening of information construction, and strengthening of assessment. It was proposed that the use of management tools should emphasize problem orientation, result orientation and assessment evaluation.
