多潘立酮与泮托拉唑联合应用于慢性浅表性胃炎治疗的价值分析

目的研究与分析多潘立酮与泮托拉唑联合应用于慢性浅表性胃炎治疗的价值。方法选取我院收治的慢性浅表性胃炎患者100例为对象进行研究,利用计算机随机法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。单纯采用多潘立酮治疗对照组患者,联合采用多潘立酮与冸托拉唑治疗观察组患者。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果观察组主诉症状治疗有效率与对照组相比显著较高;观察组胃镜活检改善有效率与对照组相比显著较高;观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异不显著。结论多潘立酮与泮托拉唑联合应用于慢性浅表性胃炎治疗的非常显著,即可有效改善患者各种症状以及胃镜活检情况,且不良反应较少,安全性较高,因而值得临床应用推广。

Objective： To study and analyze the value of domperidone combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis. Methods： A total of 100 patients with chronic superficial gastritis admitted to our hospital were selected for study. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 50 cases. Patients treated with domperidone alone in the control group were treated with domperidone and pantoprazole in the observation group. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of symptombased treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The observation group had improved efficiency of gastroscopy biopsy was significantly higher than the control group; the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group The difference was not significant. Conclusion： The combination of domperidone and pantoprazole is very effective in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis. It can effectively improve various symptoms and endoscopic biopsy of patients,with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
