85岁以上老年股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA手术治疗的临床疗效

Clinical effectiveness of PFNA for treatment of nonagenarian intertrochanteric fractures

目的观察股骨近端抗螺旋型髓内钉(PFNA)治疗85岁以上老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2017年6月采用PFNA治疗85岁以上高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者28例,术后随访并采用Harris髋关节功能评分标准评估治疗效果。结果 28例患者全部获得随访,时间为(10.3±2.7)个月。骨折全部愈合,1例患者术后发生髋内翻,按Harris评分标准,优7例,良13例,可6例,差2例,优良率71.43%。结论 PFNA治疗85岁以上老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation（ PFNA） on the treatment of intertrochanteric fracturesof femur over 85 years old. Method： A retrospective study was performed in 28 cases of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients over 85 years old who underwent proximal femoral nail antirotation（ PFNA） in trauma department of orthopedics from January 2015 to June 2017. The postoperative follow-up was performed and the Harris hip function score was used to evaluate the treating effectiveness. Results： All 28 patients were followed up with a time of（ 10. 3± 2. 7） months. All fractures were healed,and 1 patients had coxa varus after operation. According to the standard of Harris score,7 cases were excellent,13 cases were good,6 cases were good,2 cases were poor,and the excellent rate was71. 43%. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of PFNA on intertrochanteric fracture of femur over 85 years old is better. PFNA on intertrochanteric fracture of femur over 85 years old had comparable well curative effect.
