心理护理措施在低龄女性人工流产术中的应用研究

The application of psychological nursing measures in the nursing of induced abortion in Young women

目的研究心理护理措施在低龄女性人工流产护理中的效果。方法选取2016年7月—2017年6月我院流产室手术的60例低龄人工流产女性,随机分为实验组与对照组,各30例,对照组采用常规护理,而实验组在进行常规护理的基础上实行"心理护理"方式。比较两组护理后"焦虑"状况,"术后疼痛"程度,围手术期心率、血压、血糖变化情况以及人流综合征发生率。结果实验组的护理效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理措施能有效干预患者焦躁不安状态,减轻术中术后的疼痛反应,有效维护患者的心率血压和血糖波动,减少人流综合征发生率,预后效果较好。

Objective： To study the effect of psychological nursing measures on the nursing of induced abortion in Young women. Methods： Selection in July 2016 to June 2016 in our room abortion surgery women,60 ases of youth abortion were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Routine nursing was used in the control group. And the experimental group on the basis of routine nursing practice the psychological nursing. Compare the condition of ＂ anxiety＂, ＂ postoperative pain＂,perioperative heart rate,blood pressure,blood glucose changes and the incidence of abortion syndrome. Results： The nursing effect of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： Psychological nursing intervention can effectively intervention patients anxious state,reduce intraoperative postoperative pain response,effectively protect the patient＇s heart rate blood pressure and blood sugar fluctuation,reduce the incidence of abortion syndrome,prognostic effect is better.
