摘要
针对传统AHP在确定评估指标权重中的不足,提出采用最优传递矩阵理论来构造判断矩阵,避免了对判断矩阵的一致性检验和调整。针对传统专家评分法在模糊综合评估法中确定模糊关系矩阵时,无法体现权威专家的专业特长和实践经验等问题,提出专家权重因子法对模糊关系矩阵进行修正。最后以某型导弹装备为例,针对改进AHP和改进FCEM前后的四种情况,进行"三化"综合评估,得到了四种评估结果。评估结果表明,该评估方法具有较高的精度,为其他装备的"三化"程度综合评估提供了一种新思路。
Due to the deficiency of traditional AHP in determining the weight of evaluation index,this paper proposes the optimal transfer matrix theory to construct the judgment matrix,avoiding the consistency check and adjustment to judgment matrix.The traditional expert evaluation method can not reflect the expertise and practical experience of authoritative experts when it is used to determine the fuzzy relation matrix in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This paper puts forward the method of expert weighting factors to modify the fuzzy relation matrix. Finally,a certain type of missile equipment is taking as an example. Due to four kinds of evaluation results for before and after the improvement of AHP and the improved FCEM,comprehensive evaluation of "generalization,serialization,modelization" is conducted,and the results of the four kinds of evaluation results is obtained. The evaluation results show that this method has better forecast precision,which provides a new approach for the comprehensive evaluation of the "generalization,serialization,modelization" of other equipment.
