摘要 为了整治公交专用道占道现象,论文提出一种不同于传统固定式摄像头抓拍的车载抓拍系统,结合GPS定位与改进的Hough变换识别出公交专用道,利用帧间关系跟踪定位车道线,并提取前车轮廓与车牌,能有效识别非公交车的占道行为并进行自动抓拍,并通过4G网络将该次违章行为的车辆信息、GPS数据、录像片段传输给公交管理平台,方便交管部门进行相应的处罚,从而减少此类违章行为。 In order to control the bus lane Jeeves phenomenon,this paper proposes a veh-icle mounted capture system which is different from the traditional fixed camera,combine-d with Hough transform and improved GPS positioning of the bus lanes.It uses inter relat-ionship between tracking lane,and extracts the contour and vehicles license plate. This syste-m can effectively identify the bus and private car,then it can automatic capture. Vehicle information,GPS data,video of the illegal acts are transited through the 4 G network to the management platform. It can facilitate the traffic control department for the correspondi-ng punishment.
