摘要
在煤矿生产中,虽然设置有相应的通风系统,但是矿井下的环境仍然相对封闭,存在着大量的可燃气体和易燃粉尘,在这种情况下,煤矿使用的电源必须保障本质安全。论文对煤矿专用本安电源Buck变换器的原理进行了分析,就其设计方法进行了阐述,并且结合Matlab软件进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,Buck变换器的稳定运行条件为电感0.1m H、电容500μF。在运用闭环控制后,Buck变换器能够保持电压的稳定性。
In coal mine production,although equipped with appropriate ventilation systems,but the mine environment remains are relatively closed,there are a large number of combustible gases and flammable dust,in this case,the use of coal mine power supply must guarantee safety. In this paper,the principle of special coal mine intrinsically safe power supply of Buck converter is analyzed,its design method is introduced,and simulation with Matlab software. The simulation results show that the stable operation condition of the Buck converter is inductance 0.1 m H,capacitance 500 F. After using closed loop control,the Buck converter can keep the voltage stability.
