清气解毒合剂治疗风热性流行性感冒临床研究

Clinical research on Qingqi jiedu mixture on common cold of wind-heat type of influenza

目的:观察清气解毒合剂对流感患者退热时间,中医临床症状评分及对白细胞降低者患者白细胞恢复时间的影响。方法:60例患者根据随机数字编号(随机数字表由SPSS软件模拟生成),分为治疗组及对照组各30例,试验组予清气解毒合剂,对照组奥司他韦,共计给药5天观察疗效。结果:两组退热率统计学无差异(P>0.05),但10小时内退热热数治疗组明显多于对照组且具有统计学差异(P=0.021<0.05);治疗3天后,两组白细胞低下患者白细胞恢复正常人数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗5天后两组白细胞恢复正常人数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疗程结束两组症状总积分差异无统计学差异(P>0.05),但患者在治疗第3天治疗组与对照组中医症候积分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:两组对患者总疗程及疗效无明显差异,但清气解毒合剂起效时间更快。

Objective： To observe the effect of Qingqi jiedu mixture on defervescence？ time and TCM clinical symptom score of patients with influenza and leukocyte recovery time of patients with leucopenia. Methods： According to randomly numbering （ random number table was simulated by SPSS software）, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases of patients in each group.The subjects were given the corresponding treatment. The trial group （Qingqi jiedu mixture group） and the control group （oseltamivir group） were administrated a total of 5 days. The effect was observed after administration. Results： There was no difference statistically in defervescence rate of two groups（P 〉 0.05）. But in the defervescence number within 10 hours, the treatment group was significantly more than the control group,and with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. After 3 days of treatment, in the patients with leucopenia of two groups, the difference of number of patients,whose leukocyte recovered to nomal level, was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. After 5 days of treatment, the difference of number of patients in two groups,whose leukocyte recovered to nomal level, was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. At the end of treatment, the difference of total symptom score between two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. But after the patients were treated on the third day,the difference of TCM syndrome score between treatment group and control group was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion：Compared Qingqi jiedu mixture group with oseltamivir group, there is no significant difference between two groups in total course of treatment and curative effect of patients , but the onset time of Qingqi jiedu mixture is faster.
