摘要
关注乡村教师婚恋问题的价值在于不仅有益于整个乡村教师队伍建设与发展,而且有助于乡村教育发展和进步,还有利于乡村教师个体的专业发展,更有助于进一步落实乡村教师政策。其问题产生的原因在于政策的关注不到位、学校关注不够、社会对乡村教师的认同度低和尊重度不够、教师个体的压力大和认识偏差。为此,我们需要从政策层面、学校层面、社会层面、个人层面等去寻找乡村教师婚恋问题的解决策略。
The value of paying attention to the problem of marriage and love of rural teachers is not only beneficial tothe construction and development of the whole rural teachers, but also helps the development and progress of rural educa-tion, and is also beneficial to the professional development of the individual rural teachers, and is more conducive to fur-ther implementation of the value of rural teachers' policy. The cause of the problem is that the attention of the policy is notin place, the attention of the school is not enough, the society is low on the identity of the rural teachers and the respectand severity is not enough, the pressure of the teacher's individual is great and the cognition deviation is great.
