摘要 分析了现阶段液化天然气行业中低温阀门的生产制造现状,指出国内低温固定球阀制造成本高,缺少行业竞争力,目前仍然依赖于进口,亟待推进国产化。设计了一种新型的低温固定球阀,探讨了阀体结构设计及计算、加长阀盖及滴水盘设计、填料防松设计、腔体泄压设计、复合密封阀座设计、阀后双活塞设计、在线可拆卸设计及防静电装置设计等细节。所设计的低温固定球阀已成功应用于炼油、炼化行业,同时能够满足客户的使用要求。 The characteristics of cryogenic valves including a higher manufacture costs,apoorer industry competent and relying on importation are pointed out based on an analysis of present situation of cryogenic valves in the domestic liquefied natural gas industry,and a low temperature trunnion mounted valve localization is imminent.A new type of low temperature trunnion mounted ball valve is designed,body structure design and calculation,extended bonnet and drip tray design,packing anti loose design,cavity relief design,compound seal seat design,valve rear double piston design,on-line detachable design and anti-static device design and etc.details are discussed.The designed low temperature trunnion mounted ball valve has been successfully applied in oil refining and refining industry with customers′satisfaction.
