盾构机异形筒体有限元设计分析 被引量:3

摘要 盾构机是工作在地铁以及地下隧道的重要工具之一。盾构机的外形结构不规则,类似异形筒体结构。综合运用结构设计建模软件Solidworks和有限元分析应用软件ANSYS,对不同筒体厚度的异形筒体进行应力计算,对危险区域的局部薄膜应力以及一次加二次应力的安全性做出评定。结合实例进行了结构强度与异形截面参数的关系拟合,危险区域的一次加二次应力值没有超过材料的许用应力值,验证了结构强度符合设计要求,异形筒体的厚度明显变小,避免了在设计时考虑安全问题而使设计厚度过大,解决了筒体厚度设计保守问题,减少了生产制造的浪费,可为工程分析以及理论设计等提供参考依据。 Shield machine is one of the most important tools in underground and underground tunnels.Because the structure of the shield machine is irregular and similar to the shaped cylinder structure,the stress calculation is carried out by structural design modeling software Solidworks and finite element analysis application software ANSYS,and the local film stress and two times stress in the dangerous area are calculated.Safety assessment is made.The relationship between the structural strength and the cross section parameters is fitted with an example.The one plus two stress value of the dangerous area does not exceed the allowable stress value of the material,and it is proved that the structural strength meets the design requirements and the thickness of the special-shaped cylinder is obviously smaller,so that the design thickness is too large to be considered in the design.It solved the conservative problem of cylinder thickness design,reduced the waste of manufacturing,and provided reference for engineering analysis and theoretical design.
