烟气轮机进气锥隔板焊缝开裂原因分析及解决措施

摘要 介绍了烟气轮机的主要设备结构和使用功能,详述了在役烟气轮机进气锥隔板与锥体连接部位出现的焊缝开裂情况,分析了进气锥流道内的复杂温度场和焊缝位置存在的多种应力、应力和腐蚀介质共同作用下的焊缝腐蚀及其发展机理、现有进气锥结构设计方面的考虑与实际不足、隔板和锥体母材与焊材之间存在的焊接性能差异,提出并实施了对隔板和支持锥的结构改进,解决了影响烟气轮机安全平稳长周期运行的隐患,提高了烟气轮机的使用性能。 Main structure and using function of the flue gas turbine are introduced,and the cracking of weld connecting baffle plate and cone body of the turbine in service are detailed.The complicated temperature field within the intake cone flow passage and various stress at the weld position,weld corrosion and its development mechanism under the combined function of stresses and corrosive media,design consideration and actual shortcomings of existing baffle plate and supporting cone are analysized in turn.As a result,improvement measures are proposed and carried out,which solved potential problems in the flue gas turbine safe,stable and long term operation and has been proved to be efficient.
