As far as the part of Polar Code on pollution prevention measures is concerned, most people only rest on a passive understanding and coping on the articles due to the lack of knowledge on the concern and reconciliation of parties during the development of the code, which goes against the future tracking study and implementation of the code. The paper introduces the relevant proposals on this part of the code, analyzes the participation and concern of the stakeholders, and, based on the above analysis, puts forward countermeasures for relevant parties in China.
