摘要 对于进入中小学校园来说,武术散打段位制具有可行性、全面性、科学性、必要性等重要特征,可以锻炼和提高中小学生全方面的生理、心理素质、智商、动商和敏捷的应变能力以及武术散打的技术能力。从小培养武术散打技能及弘扬武术精神,使中小学生养成良好自律的优秀品格。武术散打段位制在校园中普及推广,能够吸引更多学生群体来习练中国传统武术,传承武术文化,达到武术项目自信,武术文化自信,从而实现中华武术强国的梦想。 The rank system of Sanda for into primary and middle schools, has its necessity, feasibility, comprehensive, scientific features, etc., and can exercise and improve all aspects of physiology, the psychological qualitys, IQ, moving business and agile strain ability and the technical ability of primary and middle school student by wushu sanda. Cultivating the skills and spirit of wushu sanda since childhood, we can have the primary and secondary school students develop good self-discipline excellent character; the development of Sanda rank system in schools, we can attract more students to use traditional Chinese wushu, and wushu culture, achieve wushu selfconfidence, to achieve the dream of the Chinese wushu power.
