摘要
本文利用"白城师范学院云就业平台"微信公众号为载体对2018届毕业生就业意向进行了调查,对就业区域的选择和首选的就业方向进行了分析,总结了2018届毕业生在就业意向上的一些特征,剖析了影响就业的因素,提出了毕业生就业工作的对策与建议.
A survey of employment intension for 2018 graduates whose carrier is the Cloud employment platform and Wechat public account of Baicheng Normal University was did,analysing the choice of employment area and the first place of employment options, dissecting the factors affecting employment, summarizing some characteristic in employment conception for 2018 graduates.Their employment subject consciousness has enhanced ,obviously. The employment intension orientation is clear. Utilitarian idea existed.There are many contradictions in the employment expectation.It is more willing for 2018 graduates to choose more stable jobs. The graduation choices are diversity.and putting forward resolvent and suggestions.
