摘要
裂缝是建筑物破坏的重要因素之一,混凝土构件裂缝过大会导致其内钢筋及混凝土腐蚀,从而失去承载能力导致严重的工程事故。结合玻璃厂某混凝土厂房的工程实例,提出现浇混凝土梁、板裂缝检测鉴定的方法及检测内容(宏观检测、混凝土强度检测、钢筋的布置、保护层厚度检测、裂缝宽度检测),并且对不满足要求的梁板构件提出了加固方案。
Cracks are one of the most important factors for the destruction of buildings, Cracks lead to corrosion of steel and concrete, resulting in loss of bearing capacity and serious engineering accidents. According to an engineering example, The methods and contents (macro detection, concrete strength testing, reinforcement arrangement, thickness detection of protective layer, crack width detection) of testing and identification of cracks in concrete beams and plates are presented, Moreover, reinforcement schemes for beam and slab members which do not meet the requirements are put forward.
