影院周边环境对影院票房的影响权重分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着影院建设不断发展和观众休闲消费水平的增长,影院与周边的餐饮、购物、教育、娱乐、交通联系越来越紧密。本文基于票房数据,在收集影院周边环境信息的基础上,将影院所在城市按经济、规模、人口状况等分级研究,通过设计开发衍生指标与类别合并,采用无量纲化、降维以及多元线性回归模型成功实现了对影院票房的预测,并分别分析了各线城市周边环境对影院票房的影响权重,可为拟建影院科学选址、票房预测、周边环境分析与影院价值评估等提供科学依据和理论支撑。
