摘要
高校课程、科研、实践、文化、网络、心理、管理、服务、资助、组织等都具有育人的功能,它们共同构成了高校思想政治工作质量提升的育人体系。提升高校思想政治工作质量一方面要充分发掘每一个子体系的育人功能,另一方面又要整合"十大"育人体系,形成一体化育人格局,发挥育人合力作用。坚持党对高校思想政治工作的领导是实现"十大"育人体系协同联动的根本保证。
Ideological and political education for college students can be carried out and improved from ten dimensions,that is,course arrangement,scientific research,social practice,campus culture,network,psychological counseling,management,service,financial subsidy and Party activities.Colleges and universities should tap each of the dimensions to its fullest potential and at the same time combine all the ten dimensions to form an integrated educational system and produce better results.They must always adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China in college students＇ ideological and political education to ensure the coordinated effect of the ten dimensions.
