摘要
学习共同体理论传入我国后在高校教育管理领域得到了广泛应用及发展,构建辅导员学习共同体是形成辅导员自我组织、自我发展、具有生命力的生态化学习环境系统的内在逻辑。从学习共同体视域出发,建立辅导员职业发展的共同愿景,形成辅导员职业化发展的学习型组织,构建辅导员职业发展的支持性体系,建立辅导员队伍与其他队伍间的业务协同和职业协同等方式,探索高校辅导员职业发展的新路径,全面提升育人水平。
The Learning Community Theory has been widely applied to the management of colleges and universities since its introduction into China.A learning community of advisors means an dynamic learning ecology for advisors to organize and develop themselves.This paper discusses how to promote college advisors' professional development and their performance through a shared vision,a learning community,a supporting system and through coordination and collaboration with other groups.
