The advent of big data era calls for change in college student management.Starting from top-level design,colleges and universities must consciously utilize the big data technology to transform their mode of student management from passive remedy to active intervention,from standardized service to individualized service,from extensive requirement to intensive guidance,from static management of student affairs to dynamic tracking of students＇ development and from dispersed efforts to concerted action.
