摘要
分析了中小型家族企业的特征,通过对河北晨虹油漆有限公司进行调研,发现其员工激励机制存在薪酬结构不合理,家族员工与外来员工差别化待遇,福利制度平均化等问题.从物质激励方式和精神激励方式两方面着手,利用薪酬、福利、情感、竞争、职业发展等因素优化激励机制,能够最大程度地激发员工的工作热情,促进企业良性发展.
This paper analyzes Hebei Chenhong Paint Limited Company,a typical small and mediumsized family enterprise in salary,welfares and other incentives between family employees and outsiders.The study centers on such variables as salary,welfares,emotion,competition and career development in order to maximize the enthusiasm of employees and promote sound development of enterprises.
