高职院校学生宿舍人际关系危机调研及对策研究

On interpersonal crisis of dormitory students in vocational colleges

对河北省10所高职院校学生在宿舍人际关系的认识,宿舍人际关系现状,影响宿舍人际关系危机的因素及协调方式、态度,参与宿舍集体活动情况等方面进行了调研,认为影响宿舍人际关系的主要因素为性格差异,经济、文化背景差异,学校教育和管理不到位,社会负面因素.构建学生宿舍和谐人际关系的途径为:高职院校应积极营造文明、和谐的校园文化,大学生应不断提升自身品质素养,家长应加强对子女宿舍生活的指导与帮助.

This research investigates the interpersonal relationship of students in 10 vocational colleges in Hebei province.The main influencing factors are characters,economic and educational background of the students and college management in addition to social negative factors.It is argued that it is necessary to create a harmonious campus culture in order to build a harmonious interpersonal relationship.Besides,parents should strengthen their guidance to help their children to adapt to the dorm life.
