摘要 在综采工作面回采过程中,有时会遇到工作面倾向长度增加、回采长度需要延长的情况,不仅影响工作面正常回采工作,而且还会在工作面停采、延长工作面期间,带来诸多安全方面的问题。综采工作面延长设备无缝对接技术的实现,解决了二次安装切眼顶板受采动影响而导致顶板事故的发生,也减少了工作面延长设备安装工程对正常回采的影响时间,提高了工作面延长设备安装工程的安全系数,加快了工作面恢复正常回采的速度。 In the stoping process of fully mechanized mining face,sometimes the inclined length of the face is increased and the length of stoping needs to be prolonged, which not only affects the normal stoping work,but also bring a lot of pressure on security in the stoping mining of face and prolongs the period of the working face. The realization of seamless abutting technology of extended equipment in fully mechanized mining face solves the problem of roof accident caused by the influence of mining movement on the second installation of cutting hole roof,and also reduces the influence time of equipment installation project on normal mining. The safety factor of the equipment installation project is improved,and the speed of recovering the normal mining face is accelerated.
