摘要
某500MW机组锅炉SCR入口烟道结构复杂、流场紊乱、积灰严重,对设备安全和现场环境造成了不利影响。采用数值模拟的方法,通过调整入口烟道导流板的位置、尺寸,提高烟气速度分布均匀性,消除低流速区域,为流场优化改造提供指导建议。
The SCR inlet flue of a 500MW units boiler has complex structure,its flow field is disorder,and ash accumulation is serious,which has adverse effects on equipment safety and field environment. By using the numerical simulation method,adjusting the position and size of the inlet guide plate,the uniformity of the velocity distribution of the flue gas is improved and the low velocity area is eliminated,which provides guidance for the optimization of the flow field.
