摘要
以可靠性为中心的维修(Reliability-Centered Maintenance,简称"RCM"),是目前国际上先进的、用以确定设备预防性维修需求的一种系统性工程方法,主要通过状态监测和故障诊断技术来实现。针对现代大型煤制油及煤化工装置中输煤机的异常振动,采用先进的Peakvue离线监测诊断技术,开展监测和故障诊断,制定解决措施,恢复设备健康状态,实现输配煤系统长周期安全运行。
Reliability Centered Maintenance （＂RCM＂ for short） is a systematic engineering method for determining the preventive maintenance requirements of equipment,and it is the internationally advanced. RCM mainly achieved through the state monitoring and fault diagnosis technology. For the abnormal vibration of coal conveyor in Coal-to-Liquid ＆Chemical Industry,the advanced Peakvue off-line monitoring and diagnosis technology is used to carry out monitoring and fault diagnosis, to make out solutions, to restore the health status of the equipment,and to achieve stable and long-term operation of the coal blending system.
