从本科教学“五位一体”评估制度看新建本科院校审核评估工作——以红河学院为例 被引量:1

Audit Assessment of Newly-built Universities Based on Five-in-one Undergraduate Teaching Assessment System: A Case Study of Honghe University

摘要 文章在国家"五位一体"评估制度的基础上,总结性提出新建本科院校从合格评估到审核评估、再到专业认证与评估是一个从外延到内涵、从宏观到微观、从被动到主动、从政府主导到市场主导、从单一价值判断到多元价值判断的动态发展过程,并结合红河学院的实际情况着重阐释对审核评估专家考察重点与学校评建工作要点的认识。 Based on the five-in-one assessment system implemented by National Ministry of Education, this paper summarizes that the assessment of newly-built universities, channeling from qualification assessment to audit assessment and to the professional certification and assessment, is a process that the university reviews itself from extension to connotation, from macroscope to microscope, from being passive to taking initiatives and from government-orientation to market-orientation. Based on the status quo of Honghe University, this paper analyzes the inspecting focuses from the perspective of auditing experts and figures out the keys when preparing for the audit assessment in Honghe University.
