主体间性视域下高校思想政治教育实践教学实效性研究 被引量:3

摘要 高校传统思想政治教育模式下开展实践教学,存在实践教学主体动力不足、形式创新不足、实效性不佳等问题。主体间性视域下开展高校思想政治教育实践教学在建立平等意识、达成沟通观念、唤起合作精神等教育理念的基础上,通过加强指导教师队伍建设、促进实践资源合理整合、增强学生参与内在动力、强化实践评价机制建设等途径,能有效地增强实践教学的实效性,为高校思政教育模式的改革提供一种崭新的思路。 There are a lot of problems in traditional ideological and political education in colleges and universities, such as lack of inducements to practice teaching, lack of innovations on teaching methods,fruitless practical effect and so on.From the perspective of inter-subjectivity,ideological and political education in College should be based on establishing the consciousness of equality, the concept of communication and the spirit of cooperation.To enhance the effectiveness of practice teaching effectively and provide a new idea for the ideological and political education model reform,the suggestions are as follows:strengthening the team construction on guidance teachers, promoting political education resource integration, enhancing students' participation motivation, strengthening political education evaluation mechanism and so on.
