摘要
针对二甲醚的物理性质,参考LPG气化装置的工艺原理和结构形式,对二甲醚气化装置进行设计。二甲醚气化装置主要由筒体、换热器、温度变送器、压力表、液位开关、磁翻板水位计、温度表、安全阀和控制箱等组成。二甲醚在气化装置筒体内的盘管中流动,吸收盘管外水提供的热量,水的热量由高温饱和蒸汽通过蒸汽直吹加热器提供。通过计算得出二甲醚气化需要的热量、换热面积及热源消耗量。
In view of the physical properties of dimethyl ether,the dimethyl ether gasification device is designed,which refers to the process principle and structural form of the LPG gasification device. The dimethyl ether gasification device mainly consists of cylinder,heat exchanger,temperature transmitter,pressure gauge,liquid level switch,magnetic flap water level meter,temperature meter,safety valve and control box. Dimethyl ether flows in the coil inside the cylinder of the gasification device,absorbs the heat provided by the water outside the coil,and the heat of the water is supplied by the high temperature saturated steam through steam direct blowing heater. The heat,heat exchange area and heat source consumption required for gasification of dimethyl ether are obtained through calculation.
