摘要
在许多城市,共享单车已逐渐成为城市居民短途出行的主要方式之一,它在很大程度上改变了人们的出行理念。从现金流入和现金流出两个视角分析共享单车的盈利模式,分析其存在问题及其原因,并提出完善其经营模式的相关建议,以期共享单车能够持续健康发展。
In many cities,the shared bicycle has become the main way for people to travel short trips. It has changed the idea of travel in a great extent.This paper analyzes the profit model of the shared bicycle from the angle of cash inflow and cash outflow,and analyzes the existing problems and reasons. It puts forward some suggestions for improving the management model,with whitch the shared bicycle can develop healthily and continuously.
