居家养老是当代新型养老的一种模式,在其运营过程中需要各种不同类型的组织介入。对不同组织之间的文化差异进行相关分析,并在此基础上提出相应的对策。

Home care for the aged is a new mode of modern pension,and various kinds of organizations need to be involved in its operation. This paper analyzes the cultural differences between different organizations,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures based on the correlation analysis.
