Construction of Sustainable Endowment Community Under the Background of Aging——Based on the Application of Smart Home

我国人口老龄化问题日益突出,对经济和社会的发展提出了新的挑战。为了解决这一问题,我国历经了从家庭养老、机构养老到社区养老模式的探索,不断寻求一条真正符合我国国情的可持续发展之路。而随着科技在智能家居中的运用,将智能家居与养老结合成为今后养老事业发展的趋势之一。将智能家居运用到老人的各项生活与服务中来,在一定程度上可以解决社会及家庭面临的许多难题,有利于推动社会养老产业的发展,缓解养老矛盾。

Currently,China's aging problem has become increasingly prominent,challenging the development of economy and society.In order to solve the problem,our country has gone through the exploration of Family endowment,Institutional endowment and Community Endowment,and continuously seeks a sustainable path which conforms to our national conditions. With the successful application of science and technology in intelligent home,the combination of intelligent facility and endowment will become one of the future development trends of endowment. Applying the intelligent home to the old people's Life service,to a certain extent,can solve the social and family problems,conducive to promoting the development of social Endowment,ease the pension contradictions.
