摘要 自助式薪酬的提出对高新技术企业的薪酬制度改革具有重要的意义和参考价值,高新技术企业要想留住人才实现长久发展就必须发挥薪酬制度的激励性。在赫茨伯格的双因素理论及约翰·E.特鲁普曼的自助式薪酬理论的基础上,从保健因素和激励因素两个角度为研发人员设计自助式薪酬方案,以期提高薪酬制度的激励性,促进薪酬制度不断完善,使企业发展和员工需要同步。 The proposal of self-service compensation is of great significance and reference value to the reform of salary system of high-tech enterprises. If high-tech enterprises want to achieve long-term development,they must give play to the incentive of the salary system to retain talent,in order to enhance the enterprise compensation system to attract and encourage employees. Based on Hertzberg's two-factor theory and John E. Trupman's self-service pay theory,we designed a self-service pay package from two perspectives:health care and incentives. It greatly improves the incentive of the salary system,promotes the continuous improvement of the compensation system,and synchronizes the development of the enterprise with the needs of the staff.
