新时代背景下大学生创业意识培养途径探究

Research on the Cultivation of College Students' Entrepreneurial Consciousness in the New Era

中国特色社会主义已进入新时代,我国已进入新的历史发展阶段,国家要建设现代化经济体系。创业是促进经济发展的强大引擎,大学生作为最有活力、有知识的一类群体,应积极响应国家号召,主动参与进来。目前,大学生创业意识比较薄弱,阻碍因素主要是传统就业观念根深蒂固、创业氛围缺乏、创业资金缺失、创业机会成本较高、创业能力不足。针对以上问题,从政府政策、媒体宣传、高校教育、企业帮扶四个方面提出相关的建议和对策,以期促进大学生创业意识的培养。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. China has entered a new historical development orientation and the state must establish a modern economic system. Entrepreneurship is a powerful engine to promote economic development.College students,as the most dynamic and knowledgeable group,should actively respond to the national call and actively participate in it. At present,the entrepreneurial awareness of college students is relatively weak. The main obstacles are the deep-rooted concept of traditional employment,lack of entrepreneurial atmosphere,lack of venture capital,high cost of entrepreneurial opportunities,and lack of entrepreneurial ability. In response to the above problems,relevant suggestions and countermeasures were proposed from four aspects of government policies,media propaganda,college education,and corporate support to promote the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial awareness.
