摘要 为提高浙江中烟检测仪器数据采集效率,同时满足企业内研发和质量管理等对数据的应用要求。通过设计和开发了基于.NET的检测仪器数据采集系统,实现了对26类检测仪器的数据自动采集,并通过企业总线的服务架构,形成了完整的仪器检测数据自动采集、分发和应用的整体解决方案。系统实际应用表明,提升了仪器检测数据的采集效率,促进了信息整合,并最终完善了检测数据在企业内应用的层次和广度。 In order to improve the data collection efficiency of Zhejiang tobacco Industrial,to meet the application requirements of research and quality management in the enterprise.A data acquisition system based on.NET is designed and developed,and realizes the automatic data acquisition of 26 kinds of detection instruments in this paper.Through the architecture of enterprise service bus,a complete solution for automatic acquisition,distribution and application of the instrument detection data is formed.The practical application of the system indicated that improved the efficiency of data collection,promoted the information integration,and finally improved the application level of testing data in enterprise.
