摘要
汽车在启动过程中经常会出现启动机不转、空转或运转无力等现象,导致发动机不能正常启动和工作,这些现象大多是启动电路故障引起的。通常引起电路故障的原因比较复杂,故障发生的部位也不相同,这就给故障检测诊断带来了困难,为了进一步提高对电路故障的诊断和排除能力,详细分析了启动系的各种控制电路,讨论了可能发生的故障以及故障的检测方法等。
In a process of starting,the starter often does not turn,idle or run weak,so that the engine cannot start and work normally.Most of these problems are caused by its circuit-fault,which is usually complicated and differenced,which brings difficulties to fault-detection and diagnosis.In order to diagnosed and eliminated,effectively,an analysis of control-circuits of starting system are carried out in detail,possible fault and detection methods are discussed in this paper.
