摘要
使用多功能拉伸训练器做有效拉伸训练,在手柄处拉出的钢丝绳长度需要达到钢丝绳可被拉出最大长度的80%以上。设计了基于PLC、触摸屏与直线位移传感器的测量控制系统,以解决钢丝绳长度的测量问题,并统计训练者在训练时间内所做的有效拉伸次数。首先,利用触摸屏设定训练时间与给定拉伸次数;然后,利用PLC的扩展模块采集直线位移传感器的输出信号,并通过计数器累计有效拉伸次数;训练结束后,通过触摸屏显示本次训练是否达到要求。实验表明,该控制系统测量准确,运行稳定,效果良好。
Using the multi-function stretching trainer to do effective stretching training,the length of the wire rope pulled out at the handle needs to reach 80% of the maximum length of the wire rope.The measurement and control system based on PLC,touch screen and linear displacement sensor is designed to measure the length of wire rope and to count the effective stretching times of the trainer during the training time.First,use the touch screen to set the training time and the given stretching times.The output signal of the linear displacement sensor is collected by the expansion module of PLC,and the effective stretching times are accumulated by the counter.After the end of training,the touch screen shows whether the training meets the requirements.Experiments show that the system is stable,effective and accurate in measurement.
