摘要
以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸为单体,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚和十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用预乳化和半连续种子乳液聚合工艺,合成苯丙乳液。在确定配方成分及工艺条件下,采用改变氧化淀粉的用量,合成了低成本及环境友好型的改性苯丙共聚乳液。测定了乳液的粘度、粒径大小及其分布等;测定了乳液成膜后的各种性能,结果表明改性的苯丙乳液比纯苯丙乳液吸水率提高,可用于玻璃纤维网格布、竹制品和木制品。
The styrene-acrylate emulsion was synthesized from styrene,butylacrylate,methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid as monomers,octylphenol polyethoxylate and sodium dodecyl sulfate as emulsifiers,and potassium persulfate as initiator by pre-emulsification technology and semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization.Based on the same formulation components and the same synthetic process,low cost and environmental friendly modified styrene-acrylate emulsions were prepared in the presence of different the amount of the oxidized starch.The viscosity,particle size and distribution of emulsion were determined.The results showed that the water absorption was enhanced.The prepared emulsion can be used for products made of fiberglass mesh,woods and bamboo.
