柠檬冻干片褐变产物的提取及大孔树脂纯化工艺研究

摘要 [目的]研究柠檬冻干片褐变产物的提取工艺,同时探索大孔吸附树脂对其分离纯化的效果。[方法]以褐变度为指标,通过对柠檬冻干片褐变产物提取的料液比、乙醇浓度、浸提温度和浸提时间进行单因素试验与正交试验得到最佳提取工艺,并通过静态吸附试验对6种大孔吸附树脂进行筛选。[结果]研究表明,柠檬冻干片褐变产物的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶30(g∶m L),乙醇浓度70%,浸提时间2 h,浸提温度60℃,最佳的大孔吸附树脂为D4020,其吸附率为74.04%,解吸率为86.94%。[结论]该研究可柠檬冻干片褐变产物的分离纯化和开发利用提供一定的科学依据。 [Objective]To study the extraction technology of browning products from freeze-dried lemon slices and to explore the effect of macroporous resin on the separation and purification of browning products.[Method]The optimum extraction process was obtained by single factor test and orthogonal test based on the browning degree as the index,and the ratio of material to liquid,ethanol concentration,extraction temperature and extraction time of the freeze-dried lemon slice browning products.Static adsorption tests were performed on six macroporous adsorption resins.[Result]The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of material to liquid 1 ∶30 (g ∶mL),ethanol concentration 70%,extraction time 2 h,extraction temperature 60 ℃.The best macroporous adsorption resin is D4020,with an adsorption rate of 74.04% and a desorption rate of 86.94%.[Conclusion]This study can provide a scientific basis for the separation,purification and development of lemon freeze dried browning products.
