摘要 [目的]应用现代检测技术,对水产品中药物残留实施监控,推动水产品市场准入制度和基地准出制度的实施。[方法]运用胶体金免疫层析法(GICT)对采集的水产样品中可能残留的违禁药物氟苯尼考进行快速筛查。[结果]此方法氟苯尼考检测限能达到≤50μg/kg,能满足水产品质量安全监管需要,大大减少了基层对水产品安全检测的盲区。[结论]GICT是一种新型快速免疫检测技术,具有特异性强、操作简便快捷、检测成本低等优点,可为水产品中的违禁药物残留监控提供技术支持。 [Objective] The research aimed to apply modern detection technology to monitor drug residues in aquatic products, and to promote the implementation of market access system and base release system for aquatic products. [Method] A colloidal gold immunochromatography method(GICT) was used to quickly screen the possible residues of prohibited drugs florfenicol in the collected aquatic samples. [Result]The detection limit of fluorobenicol could be less than 50 μg/kg, which could meet the requirements of quality and safety supervision of aquatic products and greatly reduced the blind area of safety inspection of aquatic products at the grassroots level. [Conclusion]The immune chromatography (GICT) is a new type of rapid immune detection technology with strong specificity, easy operation and quick and low test cost.The study can provide technical support for the illegal drug residues in aquatic products monitoring.
