摘要
阐述了现代渔业示范园区的概念、类型、内涵及特征,结合调研实际,采用层次分析法从规模化、创新性、公共性、绿度、效度等角度构建了现代渔业示范园区评价指标体系,并从创建规范、人才支持、创建主体等角度提出了促进现代渔业示范园区发展的政策建议。
The concepts,types,connotations and characteristics of modern fishery demonstration parks were described. Based on research reality,AHP was used to construct an evaluation index system of modern fishery demonstration parks from the perspectives of scale,innovation,publicity,greenness,and validity. And from the perspectives of creating norms,talent support,and creating the main body,some policy suggestions were put forward for promoting the development of modern fishery demonstration parks.
